  1. Please complete the information as requested and submit together with product sample (s), master price list, copy of business documents such as certified true copies of Form 9, 24, 49, memorandum of association or constitution (SSM must be current and up to date), copy of business license or certification (whichever applicable), copy of halal certification (if applicable), copy of SST certification (if applicable), copy of local authority license (if applicable), Certificate of Analysis (up to date) and other product or business related certification for our reference and evaluation.
  2. Kindly indicate above if you would like us to return to you the product samples, if yes, please collect them within 14 days upon being notified to do so.
  3. Upon confirmation of the listing, in the event of any defective, expired, slow selling products, we are entitled to return the products to you. You shall arrange for a refund of the amount for the products and within 14 days upon notification collect the products from our warehouse.
  4. You shall ensure the information provided herein is accurate and complete. Any inaccurate or misleading information provided may result in the rejection of the new product listing.
